Because we are an independent introduction and quality assurance agency, Appearance Matters are primarily concerned with you, your comfort and care, and we provide a comprehensive treatment service.

We help you to find an English-speaking dentist who provides appropriate, high quality cosmetic dental treatment for your needs at one of a small number of dental clinics in Warsaw. Such dental clinics are specially chosen according to our exacting selection criteria following our detailed inspection and assessments of dental clinics and laboratories in Poland. We also offer a free initial consultation in Poland.

In addition, we look after you throughout the entire process. We provide you with the services of a bilingual representative whilst abroad who can provide assistance with travel and facilitate leisure activities, as well as resolving any problems efficiently and smoothly. This includes advocacy with your Polish dentist, if required.

We operate two dental support schemes for our customers - a bespoke scheme and a budget scheme. Information on both of these schemes is provided below.

Bespoke Support Scheme:
Appearance Matters offer a comprehensive support service from the minute you register with us until after you have returned home.

Before you travel to Poland from the UK or Ireland, we'll provide you with:

• Treatment price estimates or quotations.

• Treatment price comparisons between Poland and the UK/Ireland.

• Travel advice.

• Accommodation advice and hotel bookings.

• Transfer bookings by taxi.

• Leisure advice for your stay in Poland.

• Assistance in acquiring the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) if required.

During your stay in Poland, we'll provide:

• A free consultation.

• Bilingual support in Warsaw, including being met on arrival and accompanied to your hotel; being accompanied to and from your hotel and clinics or hospitals on each day of treatment; assistance with leisure activities; and facilitation of your safe departure to the UK/Ireland.

• A welcome pack containing a helpful list of Polish phrases; a map of Warsaw; a weekly local transport ticket; a mobile phone or SIM card with helpful numbers; advice on how to get the most out of your stay; and a postcard for your home dentist.

• Solutions to any problems encountered during your stay.

On your return from Poland, we'll offer you:

• Advice and instructions on ongoing treatment.

• Liaison with your home dentist regarding follow-up treatment or resolution of any minor issues.

• A return trip to Poland in the unlikely event of any significant problems.

• An introduction fee of £25 (€32) for each friend or family member who decides to undergo treatment with Appearance Matters.

• Friendly reminders advising you of your routine follow-up checks.

• The opportunity to purchase high quality dental care products.

N.B.
We can also accommodate those patients who are planning to undergo minor dentistry whilst holidaying in Poland. Our bespoke support scheme may be modified by mutual agreement to suit customers undergoing minor dental treatments.

Budget Support Scheme:
Our budget support scheme will appeal to two groups of people: those who require simple dentistry from our quality-assured dentists; and those who require sophisticated dentistry from our quality-assured dentists but prefer to make their own arrangements. Please note that for the latter group we would like to point out the significant advantages of using our bespoke scheme, including ease of planning the trip and cost savings, especially as the budget support scheme does not include the free consultation option.

After registering, you will receive from us the name of the quality-assured dentist who is most appropriate to your needs; correspondence with us concerning any of your additional requirements; and the opportunity to make one phone call, during office hours, to the Appearance Matters bilingual agent in Warsaw.

You will not incur any further payments to us unless you require additional services. However, you will not be entitled to receive an introduction fee for friends and family who subsequently choose to undertake treatment in Poland through Appearance Matters.
