It will also be a chance to see the facilities offered at the dental clinic in Warsaw and enjoy a foretaste of the city break or extended holiday that you will be able to include on your next visit.

Worth over £140/€200, our free consultation package in Poland includes a consultation with an English speaking dentist, pan-oral and/or digital X-rays and a detailed written quotation, all absolutely free of charge.

In addition, our bilingual representative will meet you at the airport and assist in your transfers between the airport and dental clinic, making sure that you arrive safely at your destinations, hassle-free. This service is also complimentary.

The free consultation can be carried out in one day, meaning that you could be back home again the very same evening. The only cost to you will be your flight, which if you book in advance could cost you as little as £19/€30.

Please remember that there is no obligation to undergo any dental treatment should you opt for the free consultation service. However, we think you'll be so pleased with what you find at the dental clinic in Poland that you won't want to consider going anywhere else.

A Step by Step Guide to a Free Consultation in Warsaw

Step 1 – Initial contact
Firstly decide when you would like to travel to Warsaw for your free consultation and then contact us to let us know your preferred date of travel, giving us at least one month’s notice. We also require you to complete and return the confidential patient medical questionnaire and provide us with your dental models and x-rays (if any) plus an indication of your preferred dental treatment requirements (if possible). N.B.  Although it is possible to fly to and from Warsaw on the same day, you may, if you wish, decide to stay longer and commence treatment immediately after your free consultation and/or participate in Warsaw’s many leisure activities. Step 2 – Booking your travel
Once we have confirmed that your preferred appointment date(s) is available, you can then book your flights or alternative travel arrangements. See our Getting You There page for travel advice. Once you have let us know details of when you are going to be in Warsaw we will then firm up your arrangements for your dental appointment(s).
 
Step 3 – Booking your accommodation (optional)

Step 4 – Confirming your arrangements
Once we are certain of your travel and accommodation arrangements (if any) we will send you written confirmation of the dental appointment details.

Step 5 – Arriving in Warsaw
Upon arrival in Warsaw you will be met by our bi-lingual agent and accompanied to your dental clinic and/or hotel.
